Claudia's roll up meat in tomato sauce



CLAUDIA'S ROLLED UP MEAT IN TOMATO SAUCE

Time 60 minutes

Ingredients for two people

200g of pasta ( orecchiette)

Celery

4/5 cloves of garlic

1/2 onion

Toothpicks

Sea salt

1/2 glass of white wine

Extra virgin olive oil

Grated hard Italian cheese

800g peeled tomatoes

10/12 thin slices of veal or beef

What you need

2 large saucepans

1 colander

1 ladle

1 wooden spoon
