Extra virgin olive oil
400g peeled tomatoes
½ onion
1 clove of garlic
2 egg plants ( aubergines )
Frying oil or olive oil
Sea salt
Grated hard Italian cheese
150 g of pasta ( spaghetti or penne ecc. )

1 Large saucepan
1 frying pan
1 non stick pan
1 wooden spoon
2 forks
