Claudia's How to cook pasta

Fill a large saucepan with water and bring it to the boil over a high heat. Once boiling, add half a tablespoon of sea salt and pasta. Cook over a medium heat as instructed on the package , stirring occasionally to prevent the pasta from sticking. When the pasta is almost cooked, about 2 minutes before the end of the cooking time, turn off the heat and drain then return it to the stove. Add about a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil in to the pasta and 2-3 tablespoons of the tomato sauce or the other sauce.
Continue to cook for a further 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Transfer to a large serving dish and top with the remaining sauce.
